Something funny with your honey?

Uh oh. Although we haven't yet had a funny honey incident or a courier let us down, if you are unhappy with your order, or if the jars are damaged in transit, or we've popped a different jar in the courier box by mistake please contact us immediately for a chat about next steps so we can get an exchange or refund sorted for you. To start the simple process, contact us at waxeyedbees@gmail.com with your phone number too and we'll give you a call back.

For your peace of mind, all jars of Wax Eyed Bees Honey are twice sealed for food safety, each features a security twist cap and protection seal. All jars are batch tagged and barcoded for traceability. We are also part of the national Product Recall system.
